Delivery charge of €3.50
We only dispatch from our warehouse MONDAY – FRIDAY. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don’t panic if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!
We wish you to be happy with your products from Premier Wellbeing.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping).
Postage costs will only be refunded if goods were received in error. Refunds are made via card only.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, broken or the incorrect product it is important that you contact us upon opening. Please retain the packaging material and take a photo if possible.
If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to [email protected] or call our customer care team on +353 61 550124. Please note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item. Upon receipt of the returned incorrect item our team will send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If the customer requires a fast replacement, Premier Wellbeing will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.
Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is lost whilst being returned.
